Timetables

How long does a lesson last?
Each lesson lasts one hour via videoconference. However, it is possible to have lessons lasting an hour and a half or two hours, depending on your needs and my availability.

What are the school's opening hours?
Classes are held Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. We will try, as far as possible, to find a fixed weekly schedule for your lessons, taking into account any time differences.

How often do the lessons take place?
You set the pace of your training, without any pressure. I recommand a weekly lesson but it is entirely up to you.
Rates

How much does a lesson cost?
Prices will be agreed together. I will offer you a price for individual lessons and for packages of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 sessions. Lessons will begin once your payment has been received.

Can I get a refund if I don't like it?
Individual lessons and packages are non-refundable. However, you can stop your training at any time, without justification.

Is the first lesson free?
No, it is not free, but before starting the lessons, we will have a completely free initial discussion lasting about twenty minutes. This will allow you to decide whether or not you would like to work together. If you are unsure, book individual lessons first before purchasing a lesson package.
Delay & cancellation

What should I do if I am running late?
If possible, please let me know. Please note any delays will reduce the lesson time, which can not be extended.

What should I do if I need to cancel a lesson?
No problem. However, it is essential that you let me know at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the lesson.

What happens if I don't show up to a scheduled lesson?
I will be waiting for you 30 minutes in case you are late, and if you don't show up, you will then be charged for this lesson.
